3 Best Orange County Holiday Markets

3 Best Orange County Holiday Markets

Have you started your Christmas shopping? Time sure does fly by and before you know it, Santa Claus will be coming to town! I’m so excited that it’s already the Christmas season! And you know what that means… it’s time to start shopping for gifts to put under the Christmas tree!

If you are like me, and like to get an early start on your holiday shopping, you’re probably already trying to come up with fun and festive gifts for family and friends. I always try to get special and unique holiday gifts every year for everyone on my list. It just makes for some extra holiday fun to see the joy on their faces when they open up their gifts!

I know it’s easy to give money or gift cards, but I think a gift should be something special. Something that can be remembered and held on to for years to come. Thank goodness for one of my favorite Christmas events in Orange County! I always love visiting the holiday markets because I find the most unique and thoughtful gifts at the holiday craft boutique.

There’s just something about going to the markets during the Christmas season and spreading holiday cheer. It’s always a fun time because they go all out with holiday decorations, food trucks, holiday crafts, carnival games, holiday music, and festive holiday lights.

Old World Christmas Market- Huntington Beach

A really cool place to shop for the holiday season, the indoor dining room at the Old World Christmas Market is transformed into a winter wonderland filled with Christmas items, treats, holiday music, and great decorations. The market definitely gets you into the holiday spirit, and it is a great holiday market to visit with the family.

The market sells hard-to-find items from Sweden, Germany, France, Denmark, and Norway. You can also find special European beer, baked goods, candy, toys, chocolate, and so many unique holiday gifts. The event in Orange County goes through November and December.

You can purchase handmade gifts made by over 160 different local artists. And while you shop, the family can enjoy live music, a magic act, puppeteers, kid’s crafts, and visit Santa Claus. They also offer arts and crafts classes during the event.
