They are the largest property management companies in Orange County. Their properties include gyms, locally owned markets, food trucks, family events, pools, spas, and reliable maintenance crews. The properties have ample parking and security. The monthly rent can be high, but you live in a clean and safe area.
Western National
They have properties based in the Brea area. Their apartment complex is a bit older but is well maintained and in good locations. They will negotiate the monthly rent with you at the end of the lease.
Advanced Management
They are a good property management company that owns all its rental property in Orange County. The leasing office and services are responsive and communicative, and the maintenance team is reliable and flexible. They maintain their properties well. Advanced Management has properties mainly in Anaheim and Santa Ana.
Progressive Property Management
They have properties throughout Southern California. The property management team communicates well and is very responsive. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and based on the tenant’s schedule. They are a great property owner to work with. They maintain their properties well with routine inspections.
Shea Apartments
They are a great management company. They are very responsive to noise past curfew, maintenance and repairs, and new lease negotiations. They maintain their properties as well.

Some property management companies have discounts as part of the benefit packages to many of the larger employers in Orange County. The larger employers have negotiated deals for you. I have seen clients not pay a deposit or just 100 dollars for their move-in guarantee, and I have seen clients get a discount on monthly rent as well.
