Nellie Gail Ranch

Nellie Gail Ranch is an amazing equestrian community nestled in the city of Laguna Hills. Nellie Gail has a beautiful tennis club, pickleball courts, an equestrian center, a clubhouse, a clubhouse pool, parks with plenty of space to run around, wonderful trails, and great schools nearby.

The homes and properties are large and filled with big mature trees. It is centrally located between the toll roads as well as a major highway. There are plenty of places to shop, eat, and entertain close by. Nellie Gail Ranch is only 15 minutes away from the coast.

Moulton Ranch

Moulton Ranch is a community in Laguna Hills with beautiful homes. Moulton Ranch has access to multiple parks, and hiking, biking, and walking trails nearby. It has great schools close by and plenty of fun things to do. The Irvine Spectrum is a short drive from Moulton Ranch.

Moulton Ranch has two smaller neighborhoods within the community. There is Bella Vista, Laguna Hills which is a small gated community with townhomes, condominiums, and lofts. The other community is the Heritage. The Heritage neighborhood is the homes that were built in the last phases of the Moulton Ranch neighborhood. The Heritage neighborhood shares all the same amenities as Moulton Ranch and great schools.

Vista Firenze

Vista Firenze, Laguna Hills is a small gated community in Laguna Hills with great views of the surrounding cities of Newport Coast and Saddleback mountain. The neighborhood is located near major highways so it makes the commute outside of the city easy. It has great parks and schools. Vista Firenze is near Laguna Hills community center to enjoy amazing recreation. It is a great area to raise kids.

Falcon Hill

Falcon Hill, Laguna Hills is a small gated community in South Orange County located in the city of Laguna Hills. Falcon Hill has access to great public parks, trails, schools, shopping centers, restaurants, and theaters. The climate is great throughout the year. It is located near the 5 and 73 freeways which can help if you have to commute to work. Falcon Hill is only 20 minutes from the beach and the cost for the single-family homes is lower compared to the Moulton Ranch and Nellie Gail Ranch.

Hilltop

Hilltop Place, Laguna Hills  is located in North Laguna Hills and has single-family homes near great schools, playgrounds, trails, and plenty of places to enjoy outdoor activities. It is centrally located near the 5 freeway, shopping, restaurants, and theaters.

Indian Creek

Sunset Place

Sunset Place, Laguna Hills has 77 single-family homes and they are single-storied. It was built in 1977 and it is close to great schools, parks, and trails. Sunrise

Shadow Run
