  • The lender finalizes your mortgage and issues a clear-to-close.
  • Title and escrow ensure all documents are legally recorded.
  • Conduct a final walkthrough to ensure the home is move-in ready.

Step 10: Closing Day – Get Your Keys! 🎉

  • Sign the final paperwork at escrow.
