Best Laguna Hills Dog Park

Best Laguna Hills Dog Park

Here are the local dog parks in Laguna Hills Ca. that I take my dogs to and they love.

Table of Contents

Gallup Park

It is a beautiful park that does not get crowded. The park has open grass fields, ample parking, shade trees for the owner and dogs to cool off, and drinking fountains, and the park is well taken care of by the Nellie Gail community with regular maintenance.

Unfortunately, you cannot let your dogs off leash to play and run free, but it is an excellent place for large and small dogs to walk with their owners. If you come in the early morning hours or midday you can have the entire park to yourself. The park has picnic tables as well as benches to enjoy the day and relax with your pets after a nice walk/play.

Address: 25501 Gallup Cir. Laguna Hills Ca. 92653

Hours: Sunday-Saturday: 6 am- 10 pm

Mandeville Park

This park has play sets, room for dogs to walk, shade trees, water fountains, picnic tables, benches, and grass fields. The park is located in a small community in Orange County. It is not an off-leash dog park, but it is a great place to come if you don’t want the crowds and just want to move freely through the park with your pups.

The park also has paved trails that lead outside of the dog park. So if you get in the mood to keep walking and want to explore the area make sure you pack enough water for yourself and big doggos because the trails are pretty long. Street parking is only available.

Address: 24798 Mandeville Dr. Laguna Hills Ca. 92653

Hours: Sunday-Saturday 6 am- 10 pm

Aliso Viejo Dog Park

I know this dog park is not located in Laguna Hills, but it is the closest one to the Laguna Hills area. This park offers a full fenced off-leash play area for your small dogs and large dogs. They have separate areas for large and small dogs to play, a watering facility, one area with wood chips covering the ground, another area with grass, and benches. This dog park is so large they have another park above the dog park for your dogs to have fun and run.

If you want to spend the afternoon at the park. The near one-acre park includes a park above with at least three picnic tables, a grassy open field, ample parking, and a soccer field for the kids.

Address: Creekside Park, Cedarbrook, Aliso Viejo, Ca. 92656

Hours: Thursday-Tuesday: 6 am-8 pm

Closed Wednesday

La Paws Dog Park

La Paws dog park is almost three acres. It has a fully fenced off-leash play area. The park has a small dog area and separate areas that are fenced for larger dogs. The greatest thing about La Paws dog park is that it has great shade shelters and a large open field compared to other parks. It also has so many places to sit for the dog owners. There are trails and so many places for your small dog or large dog to run free.

The dog park is located near Laguna in Mission Viejo. There is ample parking and the city does a great job of maintaining the area.

Address: 25100 Felipe Rd. Mission Viejo, Ca 92692

Hours: Friday-Wednesday: 7 am- 8 pm

Thursday: 1 pm- 8 pm
