Events In Orange County: 10/11/2024

Orange County enjoyed some classic Southern California weather—sunny with highs in the mid-70s to low-80s, making it perfect for outdoor activities. Cool ocean breezes in the evenings kept things comfortable for locals and visitors alike. I’m really excited to kick off this week! There are some amazing events happening in Orange County that I can’t wait to check out.

Laguna Beach Plein Air Painting Invitational

Art lovers, this is your chance to see world-renowned artists painting live in stunning Laguna Beach. The week culminates in an art show where you can purchase one-of-a-kind works. The event will continue until October 13. If you love art, make sure you make your way down to the Laguna Beach Festival of Arts.

The Queen Mary’s Dark Harbor

Experience one of Southern California’s most haunted Halloween events aboard the historic Queen Mary. Dark Harbor brings terrifying mazes, creepy characters, and bone-chilling scares until November 2 and starts at 7pm.

Old Town Orange Ghost Walk

Explore the spooky side of Orange County with a guided ghost walk through historic locations. Hear haunted tales and eerie legends that will give you goosebumps until November 30!

Old World Oktoberfest

If you love beer and great food head over to the Old World Village for the annual Oktoberfest. It will be going on until November 3rd, Wednesday-Sunday, and starts at 6pm. Go out and enjoy food, beer, live music, and meet great people. Also keep an eye out for the fun events and contests!

Live Music On The Porch

If you love live music head over to the Ranch and listen to some great music! The event will be from 4 pm – 8 pm and it’s a free event. If you’re hungry the Ranch is also a great place to grab a bite! I recommend trying the burger or nachos!
