Events in Orange County: 8/14/25

Back-to-school season is officially here, but summer fun in Orange County isn’t over just yet. The OC Fair and Sawdust Art Festival are still going strong, and there’s always something new popping up… looking forward to more beachside concerts, local markets, and even sourdough baking classes!

Lately, I’ve been enjoying the little things. Things like farmers markets in the morning, movie nights outside, and the energy of a community I feel so lucky to be part of!

And if you’re wondering how the real estate market is doing… it hasn’t slowed down. Buyers are still out, homes are still moving, and there’s a lot of opportunity if you know where to look.
