Whether you want to watch the spectacular light show at Cypress College, enjoy the beachside display at Doheny State Beach, or experience the magic of fireworks at Disneyland in Anaheim, there’s something for everyone.

Aliso Viejo Celebration & Fireworks

The Fourth of July celebration kicks off at 6 PM on July 4, 2025—and it’s going to be a blast! Get ready for live music, children’s crafts, face painting, Balloon Twisters, airbrush tattoos, and tons of games to keep the kids entertained. The family fun area will be packed with things to do all evening long! Don’t forget to bring your low lawn chairs and picnic blankets so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the show in comfort.

Ladera Ranch July 4th Event

Willing to head inland from Laguna? It’s worth it. The City puts on an epic 4th of July celebration at Founder’s Park that starts bright and early at 7 AM with 10k and 5k runs, followed by a delicious pancake breakfast from 7:45 to 11:30 AM.

At 10 AM, don’t miss the festive Ladera Ranch community parade—a local favorite!

Then the real fun kicks into high gear starting at 3 PM with an afternoon packed full of action: carnival games, face painting, a giant slide, bungee jumping, rock wall climbing, zip line, Orbitron rides, race game trailers, the Wizzer, live entertainment, and tons of amazing food trucks.

Cap it all off with a fireworks show at 9 PM that’ll light up the night sky.

Laguna Beach Heisler Park

Join in on this all-day 4th of July celebration! Head to the beach early to soak up the sun and grab a prime spot for the spectacular fireworks display later that night. Just a heads up—there are parking fees, but if you arrive early, you might be able to snag free street parking.

The good news? Laguna Beach offers trolley service to make things easier. Trolleys run from 9 AM to 7 PM, so you can get there stress-free.

The fireworks will launch from Heisler Park in the Monument Point area and begin right at 9 PM. It’s going to be an unforgettable night on the coast!

Laguna Hills 4th of July Celebrations

If it’s anything like last year, the Laguna Hills fireworks show is going to be the highlight of your summer! The celebration takes place at the Laguna Hills Community Center and Sports Complex, with festivities kicking off in the early afternoon and lasting all the way through the fireworks finale.

Get ready for a full day of fun with carnival games, rides, live music, face painting, patriotic crafts, and tons of food vendors. There’s plenty of parking around the community center and sports park, but be sure to arrive early so you can claim a good spot with your lawn chairs or picnic blanket before the fireworks begin.

Laguna Niguel 4th of July Festivities

Come to Crown Valley Community Park to celebrate Independence Day, starting with a pancake breakfast from 7:30 am to 10:30 am. If you want to kick off your morning with a run, the 5K starts at 8 am. Guests can enjoy plenty of live entertainment from 6 pm to 8 pm, plus free swimming at the Laguna Niguel Aquatic Center. Then, the highlight of the day—the city fireworks and drone show—lights up the sky at 8 pm.

Even better, this amazing event is a free community festival and truly a great place to celebrate Independence Day. There are so many kid’s activities, food trucks, a patriotic flyover, free lap swimming at the Laguna Niguel Aquatic Center, and nonstop entertainment! It’s a can’t-miss day for sure!

Mission Viejo Annual Street Faire & Fireworks Spectacular

Join the fun starting at noon and going strong until 9:30 pm! The fireworks light up the sky at 9 pm, but the celebration starts way before that with tons of food vendors, game booths, live music, rides, and kids’ activities all day on the 4th. Plus, they offer free shuttles if you park away from the event—perfect for families on the go!

Newport Beach 4th of July Events

Newport Peninsula Bike Parade

Get ready for a fun bike parade starting at 9 am at W. Balboa Blvd and 36th Street! Decorate your bike and join this awesome community celebration—it’s the perfect way to kick off your 4th of July festivities!

Once the parade wraps up, stay for the community festival from 9:30 to 11:30 am, packed with carnival and lawn games, live music, arts and crafts, and tasty vendors you won’t want to miss!

JULY 4 FIREWORKS CRUISES WITH CRUISES NEWPORT BEACH

Definitely one of the best Orange County events—if you can snag tickets in time! The boats race by fast, making for an incredible show you won’t forget. There are two great ways to celebrate: the 4th of July Cruise and the Fireworks Display Cruise. Keep reading for all the details!

The 4th of July Cruise lasts about 2.5 hours and takes you along the Old Glory Boat parade route and Newport Bay. You’ll see luxury yachts, decorated ships, and stunning waterfront homes all decked out for the holiday. Plus, there are plenty of drinks and appetizers onboard, so you’ll stay fueled while you enjoy the views. The cruise runs from 4 pm to 6:30 pm.

Next up, the Fireworks Cruise departs from Newport Harbor and cruises past the beautiful beaches of Corona Del Mar and Laguna Beach. As sunset approaches, the boat parks in a prime spot to take in the amazing fireworks lighting up the sky along the coast—from Dana Point Harbor all the way to San Clemente. Bonus: They also run New Year’s Eve cruises with champagne toasts, so keep that in mind if you want a festive night out!

San Juan Capistrano 4th of July Summer Carnival & Fireworks

Celebrate Independence Day at San Juan Capistrano Sports Park with nonstop fun for all ages! From July 1st to 4th, enjoy games, food vendors, live music, multiple bounce houses, a mechanical car ride, exciting contests, a beer and wine garden, and thrilling carnival rides!

The festivities start daily at 2 pm and run until 9:30 pm. Don’t miss the spectacular fireworks show lighting up the sky at 9 pm on July 4th!
