Orange County Fish Stocking Schedule

One of my favorite hobbies is fishing! And there’s plenty of places to cast a line in Orange County! There’s just something about being in nature and connecting with the outdoors. Not only is being surrounded by nature peaceful, but it can be incredibly calming and stress-relieving. Fishing is especially a great adventure to take the family on during the summer months. It’s a good day when you can take an evening break to enjoy a regional park lake for peace and quiet!

The great thing about Orange County is that we have so many places to fish! There’s also fully stocked ponds so you’re almost guaranteed to reel in a big one! You can head to the numerous regional parks in the county, head to the coast, and even drive down to San Diego for a fun fishing experience. Tip: If you’re planning to fish in the local regional parks, it’s pretty important to know the stocking schedule, especially if you want to catch smaller fishes like trout, bass, or catfish.
