10 Best Restaurants For OC Restaurant Week 2024

Indulge your taste buds and embark on a culinary adventure as Orange County Restaurant Week unfolds! That’s right! It’s time to start planning for OC Restaurant Week 2024! Starting March 3 – March 9, 2024, OC’s finest eateries are serving up tantalizing menus at unbeatable prices.

An Orange County tradition, OC restaurant week has been taking place for over 15 years, and it highlights both new and well established restaurants in the city. Participating restaurants throughout Orange County create special menus for the event. And lucky for you, the restaurants are located all over Orange County (from Costa Mesa, to Laguna Hills, to Laguna Beach), so there’s plenty of yummy options for you to enjoy some great food.

Here is my list of the restaurants I love that are participating in the event (you can also find participating restaurants online).

Benchmark

A modern restaurant that offers an upscale casual menu and a great place to have a nice date night, Benchmark is at the top of the list! I seriously looking forward to the Korean BBQ tacos, crispy pork belly and shishito, braised short ribs, and brown butter cake. They have so much delicious food to choose from and have been known to offer a three-course dinner that looks amazing. I don’t know about you, but I will be stopping by to have dinner during the week!

Brunos Italian Kitchen

Dive into a world of savory delights at Brunos Italian Kitchen. From rigatoni alfredo 2.0, and arancini, every bite is a journey through flavor. Don’t miss out on this Italian haven! I absolutely love the food at Brunos, and they also offer a three-course menu. The only issue is that I don’t know what to pick when I visit!

Cambalache Grill

Sink your teeth into the juiciest, most flavorful grilled meats in town. Cambalache Grill is a haven for foodie enthusiasts, offering a range of mouthwatering options that redefine comfort food. Their menu has great penne, gnocchi, and homemade tiramisu. They always have perfect cuts of meat, delicious starters, and decadent desserts, so this is a place you definitely want to try!

Farmhouse at Roger's Garden

Farmhouse at Roger’s Garden is a peaceful (and beautiful) place to dine. The food is fresh from the farmer’s market, and the menu is seasonal. This is a fantastic place for a fun night out to enjoy time with friends and family. I highly recommend the herb roast jidori chicken, flat iron steak, Asian rib lettuce wrap, or the steak sandwich. All menu options are stellar!

Scratch Bakery

Save room for dessert at Scratch Bakery, where every sweet tooth’s dream comes true. Indulge in decadent cakes, creme puffs, and other irresistible treats. Satisfaction guaranteed! And if you have ever read my blogs or follow me on social media, you will probably notice this is my go-to bakery. Scratch is definitely one of my favorite bakeries and breakfast spots in Orange County. Everything from their desserts, to their breakfast sandwiches, deli sandwiches, and breakfast burrito, is all amazing. They are offering and breakfast and lunch for two.

Tangerine Room

Tantalize your taste buds with some of the best food in town at Tangerine Room. From wagyu beef cheeks to stripped bass, to so many other creative gourmet options, their food is a flavor explosion. Get ready to embark on a flavor adventure! They have great drinks!

Summit House Restaurant

Summit House is an amazing restaurant in Fullerton, that is full of mouthwatering meals. The prime rib with au jus, as well as the bread pudding, are both excellent options. I also love the Chesapeake crab cakes, and of course, the dessert sampler if you have room! During Orange County Restaurant Week, they offer a cocktail, wine pairing, and three-course meal. You won’t be disappointed!

The Beachcomber Cafe at Crystal Cove

Experience the art of seafood at its finest! The Beachcomber Cafe at Crystal Cove crafts each meal with precision and passion. Fresh, melt-in-your-mouth crab cakes and creative combinations make this a food lover’s paradise. The Beachcomber Cafe is a great place to enjoy a nice breakfast, brunch, or lunch. I highly recommend the breakfast crab cakes, clam chowder, Kobe burger, fish and chips, and beignets with a scoop of ice cream. They are offering a two course menu for lunch, as well as a three course menu for dinner.

The Winery Restaurant

Craving a slice of heaven? Head over to The Winery Restaurant for a mouthwatering experience. This is a great place to eat in the District in Tustin. Their burger, pork belly lollipops, and unique menu items really make this place stand out. Throughout the year, the Winery offers cuts of meat like elk, bison, or boar, and they are all pretty delicious. For restaurant week, they are featuring a few cocktails and three course meals for lunch and dinner.

Sidedoor

Sidedoor is a great place to fill your need for a great scallop and shrimp seviche. The selections of meat are fantastic, and you can’t go wrong with the skirt steak or prime rib. The sunchoke and mushroom risotto sounds amazing!! I recommend trying out their hot fudge sundae if you have room for dessert! If you are near Corona Del Mar, I absolutely recommend heading over in March.
