5 Best Brunch Spots In Orange County

5 Best Brunch Spots In Orange County

Who does not love having brunch? You combine two great meals of the day and you have a choice of pancakes, a burger…or both! Here is my list of the best brunch spots in Orange County. The list is in no particular order. So feel free to pick the spot that will fulfill the fix you need that Sunday.

Table of Contents

Mama's On 39 Huntington Beach

The brunch menu is pretty great. I recommend the fried chicken and waffles, breakfast pizza, breakfast tots with fried eggs on top, french toast, bloody mary, chicken fried steak, and the chicken bacon ranch sam-wich. They do offer bottomless mimosas with the weekend brunch. If you are in the mood for some great comfort food and you are in the Orange County area head over to Mama’s On 39.

Address: 21022 Beach Blvd. Ste. 101 Huntington Beach, Ca. 92648

Hours: Saturday 8:30 am- 10 pm, Sunday: 8:30 am- 9 pm

Ramos House San Juan Capistrano

Ramos house is a cute and well-decorated brunch spot. The brunch menu is fixed. You can pick a small plate and a large plate. You can enjoy your Sunday brunch on their outdoor patio and watch the train go by. I highly recommend the apple cinnamon beignets, small basil-cured salmon lox and toast point, the crab hash with smoked bacon scramble, and amazing flaky biscuits. The spicy crab cake salad is great as well.

Address: 31752 Los Rios St. San Juan Capistrano 92675

Hours: Sat-Sun 9 am- 2:30 pm

Great Maple Newport Beach

A great brunch spot with good food. The craft cocktails, bloody mary, fresh juice, and craft beer are pretty great. I recommend the fried chicken and donuts, cajun shrimp biscuit eggs benedict, french toast log, ribeye melt with french fries, and chocolate chip buttermilk pancakes. It is a nice brunch spot.

Address: 1133 Newport Center Drive Fashion Island, Newport Beach, Ca. 92660

Hours: Sat 11 am- 10 pm, Sun 10:30 am- 8:30 pm

Plumeria Cafe By Stacks Laguna Niguel

If you are interested in having a Hawaiian brunch Plumeria is the place to go. Everything from the Spam musubi, moco loco with fried rice and fried egg, breakfast burrito, blueberry pancakes, and eggs benedict. Plumeria offers traditional brunch favorites with a bit of spin. You will not be disappointed by the food.

Ham 'N Scram Westminster

If you are not in the mood for long waits and don’t want to spend the whole morning eating then Ham ‘N Scram is your place. This place has a very simple breakfast/brunch menu. They have breakfast bowls, sandwiches, and burritos. If you love a great breakfast burrito this is the place to go. The burritos are amazing and so is the freshly made salsa.
