I can’t believe that 2023 is coming to a close. I am so excited for 2024. I know it can be hard to figure out what to do for the New Year’s Eve party, especially after planning two other major holidays. Hey, you are in luck here is my list of the 5 best new years eve events in Orange County. Some of the events are great for couples, families, groups of friends, or even going solo.

New Year's Eve Party At The Ranch

The Ranch restaurant is an elegant and great place to ring in the New Year. The four-course dinner they offer is off-the-chart amazing. The duck confit, homemade black truffle spaghetti, grilled Sonoma quail, and perfectly grilled tenderloin are to die for. I recommend ending the meal with chocolate mousse or chocolate cremeux. Once you are finished with dinner you head over to the dance floor next door and enjoy the rest of the night. Make sure to reserve your place as soon as you can. It is a popular venue and a fun place to have a New Year’s Eve celebration.

The Montage New Year's Eve

At The Montage, you have three choices to celebrate the New Year. You can celebrate the New Year in the Lobby with drinks, live entertainment, and dancing from 8 pm thru 1 am. If you want an amazing dining experience you choose either the dinner at the Loft or Studio New Year’s party. Either choice is great, but the dinner at the Loft ends at 10 pm. If you want to have a midnight champagne toast I recommend going with the Studio New Year’s party. A fun place in Laguna Beach to enjoy the night. The Montage also goes to great lengths to create a beautiful and classy event.

New Year's Eve Yacht Party

It is a great place to enjoy the end of the year in Newport Beach. The yacht cruises around Newport harbor for four hours. During the cruise, you can enjoy great music, a taco bar, an open bar, champagne, and party favors. FYI, it is for 21 years and older only.

Tavern & Bowl

This is a fun place to celebrate the New Year with the whole family. You can purchases different packages to reserve lanes to play all day and through the night. The packages include pizza, wings, nachos, Caesar salad, bottomless soft drinks, and spinach dip. NYE packages with champagne drinks are available for bowling past 10 pm. Children cannot stay past 10 pm.

Compass Bible Church Ice Skating

Compass Bible Church puts on a family-friendly New Year’s Eve party. They cater dinner from Cafe Rio. The kids can have fun ice skating through the night at the Aliso Viejo Ice Palace. There will be fun games and good people to meet.
