Events in Orange County: 12/05/25

I hope you had an amazing Thanksgiving and got a little time to relax, eat everything in sight, and catch up with the people you love. If you’re anything like me, you’re probably still working through the leftovers, but hey — that’s part of the fun. Aarin and I have officially shifted into holiday mode, and yes… we’re already talking about when to get our tree up.

Now that we’re heading into December, Orange County is fully switching on the holiday magic. Everywhere you go, lights are going up, Christmas trees are popping up on every corner, and the whole place just feels different in the best way. And this week’s events really kick things off — from Winter Fantasy and Illuminate Irvine, to the Christmas Train, Hikari Festival of Lights, A Christmas Carol, Cars & Creations by the Sea, and all the local markets that make this season feel special.
